Our Founder’s Vision

James P. Lacey, Founder and CEO of Healthy Ventures®, has built a career at the intersection of innovation and wellness. Early in his career, James held leadership roles at top global companies including Gillette Oral-B, Weider Nutritional International, Inc., and Nestlé Foods Corporation, where he honed his expertise in sales, product development and brand building.
Inspired by a lifelong passion for health and wellness, James made the leap into entrepreneurship by co-founding Crunchies Natural Food Company, one of the pioneers in freeze-dried snacks. Now, with Healthy Ventures, he continues that vision — delivering natural, science-backed products that promote real wellness for families and their pets.
